Use is at your own risk.
You are liable for any injury, damage, or death caused by misuse or negligence.
Holidate Homes LLC and its property owners are not liable for accidents or losses due to improper or unsupervised use.
You will be billed for any damage caused.
Children must be supervised at all times. Violation of posted rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

SECTION 10 – PAYMENT & NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
We offer both standard and non-refundable payment options.
Non-refundable bookings receive a discount and are fully non-refundable for any reason, including cancellation, delay, or no-show.
The only exception is if the accommodation becomes unavailable due to a fault of the host.
Standard bookings are subject to the refund policy of the chosen payment method and our cancellation terms.
Review all rate types before completing your booking.
